BREATHE
Where breath goes, mind follows. We start each sit with 15 minutes of intentional breathing. To arrive, to center, to reset our nervous systems.
We practice different breathing techniques from ancient yogic traditions. It won’t always feel comfortable, but that’s how you’ll know it’s working. Breathing consciously primes us to go deeper into a meditative state.
Each technique gets explained in detail so you’ll know exactly what to do. When appropriate, modifications are offered to serve different preferences and personal needs.

Our human experience today is more disembodied, fragmented, and overloaded than ever before. We’re always on, forever on-the-go, rarely still. Meditation is a refuge from all that. It’s an opportunity to simply be. Nowhere to go. Nothing to do. For about 30 minutes. A moment unto itself.
Every week we explore a different aspect of mindful awareness. Rooted in ancient wisdom, inspired by philosophy, poetry, or life itself.
More clarity and alignment emerges from stillness, concentration, and allowing things to unfold.
COMMUNE
There’s something extra special about meditating in community. The energy created together pulls us deeper into a meditative state. We all walk away with more than we came with.
We close every sit with a few minutes of Q&A and sharing. This is a space for judgment-free witnessing. We hold space for one another. We walk each other home.

We sit every Friday at 10 am. It’s a small, intimate circle of friends and neighbors, all local to Easton and surrounding towns.

LOGISTICS

The studio is located at 53 Wyldewood Rd in Easton. You’ll spot an orange postbox and drive up a very long driveway, before you hit the studio. Park at the very top of the driveway (front of house).

Parking is somewhat limited.
Please go up to the very top of the driveway.
If that fills up, please park by the garage doors.

Our cushions (zafus and zabutons) are filled with buckwheat.
You're welcome to bring your own preferred seat if there's something that works better for you.

All are welcome - the “meditation curious” and the “zen masters”. Each sit is guided in a way that supports you, regardless of your level of experience.

Each sit starts 5 minutes past the hour, to let “life happen” when it does.
There’s tea and good vibes all around for those who arrive on time.
